Halloween

Back from Trick or Treating and one big girl asleep and one little girl making her 3rd appearance down stairs! Brandt and I have decided that Peyton is officially a night owl! The girl's did have a great time tonight - all though Pey only made it around the block before deciding that her time would be best spent helping Daddy hand out the candy! It was such a beautiful night, that they decided to just sit out on the porch and greet the Trick or Treaters right there! Adison had a lot of fun walking with her buddy Rachel from down the street. All and all one more Halloween a great success in our wonderful little neighborhood!

Leo

Leo went to gymnastics today and got his photo taken with Adison's best buds - Abby & Julianna! Little sister and Jenna hopped in too! What a day we are having so far! Everyone is resting up right now getting ready for the big night ahead! Adison has planned Leo's costume too. He is going to be a "surfer" - seems he fits into Build-a-bear clothing, so he's all set! Leo may need a vacation after this busy weekend!

Halloween

Adison loved her Halloween outfit so much - we've worn it the required once a week since October 1st! Wish I could still get her to wear the big bows - she will do it for Mom at the photo shoots, but not to school any more - we are too cool now! She will wear our little mini bows - and she loved the little pumpkin one (we are on our second one because one came up missing at school - oops!). I think the striped poet tunics were a hit - I think we will end up with every color by the end of the season!

Essential Halloween Dress!

Sweet Pey in her Chez Ami essential Halloween dress - love this sweet photo - complete with her name taped on the bottom of her shoes. Can't believe I didn't notice that until the photo shoot was over! Love the Bilibo's for keeping little ones from leaving the scene - but sometimes hard to keep them sitting upright! A little sad that Halloween is almost over - but thinking we can wear the pumpkin and candy corn through Thanksgiving!

Exciting Day - Halloween Eve

Lots of excitement today - two Halloween parties and Dad was able to attend Pey's, so that was fun for her! Adison had lots of fun at her 2nd grade party and they made lots of batty crafts and a popcorn hand! She was also overjoyed to get Star Student and with that highly coveted award comes the privilege of getting to be the keeper of the class mascot, Leo, for the weekend! She must journal and take pictures of all the fun that her and Leo get into this weekend! What a cool weekend to get him - she all ready has his Halloween outfit picked out!

My car was in the shop again - this time getting the part needed to fix the crazy "shudder" that we've been experiencing at every acceleration. Seems to be all better and only $40 down since the part was under warranty - thank goodness! Love my Honda Oddessy "Mommy" car!
The girl's had a trial run in their fabulous Halloween costumes at dance last night - Hanna Montana and a sweet Pumpkin danced to fun Halloween themed songs!

My very first post!

Inspired today to start a blog - not sure what I'm doing yet, but this should be fun! Love showing off my beautiful family - husband Brandt and my two sweet angels, Adison and Peyton! They keep me busy! Love my job and all the creative fun things I get to do working at Patsy Aiken - thinking this would be a great place to talk about all the things that I do from day to day as a designer, mom, and wife......
